Burton Kelley trial team recently obtained three back to back defense verdicts for our clients between March 2022 and August 2022 in Los Angeles for landlord tenant/elder abuse, Sacramento for bad faith and punitive damages and proved fraud in connection with the claim in Modesto, defensing the claim for bad faith. Modesto jury gave Burton Kelley trial lawyers a standing ovation!
